Citigroup Trade Service Processing Junior Analyst in Olsztyn, Poland

CSC trade TSP (Trade Service Professional) is a key unit within the Global Trade Operations, with servicing experience responsibilities for a group of several trade products to Western Europe, supporting several Citigroup businesses (Trade Loans, Receivables Finance and Core Trade). The CSC Trade TSP based in Olsztyn supports UK and European corporate clients and various FIs about general information regarding transaction preparation, processing, system access and full attendance of customer service needs. In striving to achieve high quality delivery the organization works closely with business partners, Trade Specialist, Product, Onboarding, Branches and relevant internal service providers networking within the Bank.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining and applying the wider knowledge of Citi's Trade-related policies, Trade Accounting Principles in accordance to Standard Banking Practices and applicable rules to actual Trade transactions

  • Analyzing presented transactions and identifying if such transactions are feasible and within sound banking practices

  • Grasping the differences between Legal Documentation and Commercial documentation. Understanding of legal vehicle, business and transaction structure. Understands and differentiates documents (Shipping documents, Credit Agreements, Application Forms, etc.)

  • Ability to navigate through the various applications / systems infrastructure and understanding system infrastructure internal/external dependencies

Qualifications:

  • Client Service experience will be an advantage

  • Good command of English in speech and writing

  • Teamwork, ability to communicate clearly with colleagues and clients

  • Analytical skills including investigative mindset, problem-solving and a keen eye to detail

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Readiness to work during public holidays
