As a member of the Business Process Automation (BPA) team, you will work closely with lines of business, the BPA Process Controller, and peers to deliver value to our most valued asset, our Members. You'll be providing expert advice and skillsets to analyze, design, develop, and maintain scalable business process automation and associated test scripts to ensure automation software configuration meets established quality standards. As a Business Process Automation Developer, every task you perform, every conversation you have and every issue you resolve enables the overall mission and goals of WSECU. Your day may include: Using discretion in identifying and responding to complex and non-routine issues related to own assignments Determining when issues should be escalated Designing and deploying BPA software product configurations into production Designing, verifying, documents, amends, and refactors complex software configuration for deployment Validating systems, products, business processes, or services to determine whether the acceptance criteria for BPA have been satisfied Following and designing agreed standards and techniques to devise and execute test cases and scenarios based on predefined acceptance criteria Analyzes and reports on test activities, results, issues, and risks including the work of others Conducting root cause analysis and identifies recommendations for improvements. Engages and collaborates with operations stakeholders Investigating business situations to define recommendations for BPA Planning, managing, and investigating business situation analysis related to BPA where there is significant ambiguity and complexity Providing detailed and specific advice regarding the application of BPA to the organization's planning and operations BPA II and III, mentor junior BPA developers What you bring to the team: For BPA Developer I:Competitive pay for BPA Developer I: $28.08 - $42.12 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits An entry-level comprehension of programming foundations and languages, math, and reasoning skills Minimum One (1) year experience in software configuration or systems administration Associate of Technical Arts, or Associate of Arts in Science with a concentration in computer programming or completion of an industry-recognized IT Bootcamp is desired For BPA Developer II:Competitive pay for BPA Developer II: $32.18 - $48.27 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits Minimum Three (3) years' experience in BPA software configuration, including experience in maintaining highly complex applications and or interfaces. Demonstrated accomplishments in innovative technology solutions Associate of Technical Arts, or Associate of Arts in Science with a concentration in computer programming or completion of an industry-recognized IT Bootcamp is desired For BPA Developer III:Competitive pay for BPA Developer III: $37.24 - $55.86 per hour, dependent on relevant qualifications plus an annual discretionary incentive plan and benefits Minimum Five (5) years' experience in BPA software
