*Required Qualifications: *
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology AND four (4) years of relevant experience in information technology. OR an equivalent combination of education and/or experience relevant to this position.
- Experience consulting, analyzing designing, programming installing and /or maintaining computer software applications, hardware, telecommunications, or network infrastructure equipment directing projects, providing customer or technical support in information technology.
- Experience completing projects successfully as an IT Business Analyst and understanding industry standard project management principles and practices

- Perform assigned duties in a manner consistent with applicable laws, regulations and public records retention and requests are followed.
