* Construction and Restoration Laborers--$16-26/Hour *

Job Description :

Your responsibilities include performing light demolition on structures such as drywall, trim, cabinets, and carpet. You will also manage inventory, load the work vehicle with necessary equipment, products, and supplies, and prepare areas for restoration activities. Additionally, you will set up and dismantle water pumps, fans, and other related equipment. A key part of your role will be maintaining effective communication between project managers (PMs) and customers while actively participating in restoration tasks alongside your crew.

Pay :

• $16 - $26

Hour s:

• Monday to Friday 7 AM - 4:30 PM

Responsibilities :

• Conduct on-site evaluations of damage to structures and contents caused by water, fire, mold, or other disasters.

• Implement restoration plans according to industry standards and company protocols.

• Perform water extraction, drying, dehumidification, and mold remediation procedures.

• Safely handle and dispose of hazardous materials.

• Communicate effectively with customers, insurance adjusters, and other stakeholders throughout the restoration process.

• Document all work performed.

• Adhere to health and safety regulations and use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry trends and best practices.

• Maintain equipment and vehicles in clean and working condition.

• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure efficient and effective restoration outcomes.

Qualifications :

• 2+ years of construction or manual labor experience

• Experience using hand tools and power tools

• Ability to lift 75 lbs
