Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical issues and perform repairs on company fleet vehicles and mechanical equipment.

• Conduct routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and fluid checks, to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot and repair diesel engines and other large equipment components.

• Perform quality checks on all repaired equipment to verify functionality and safety.

• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repairs using computer-based systems.

• Manage the service order process, including documenting repairs and maintaining service history.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations in all maintenance activities.

• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for parts and equipment procurement.

• Train and mentor junior mechanics or service technicians as needed.

The essential functions of this role include:

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 75lbs
