Job Description

Responsible for project delivery, team performance, team development, skills development, team morale, organizational structure, resource engagement. This includes hosting team meetings, leadership 1x1 meetings, continued education meetings (including course structure), facilitating accurate reporting at team and individual level, developing project documentation, job aids, and interfacing with client stakeholders on project progress weekly, quarterly and ad hoc.

Pay Rate $50-60

Skills and Requirements

Utilities experience: Design, Drafting, Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure (MAOP) verification, Gas Transmission / Distribution, Construction / Construction Management

Welding/coating/excavating/restoration/Traffic control/permitting/Strength testing/non-destructive examination(NDE)/Pigging

Engineering experience (Civil/Mechanical), degree preferred

Project Management experience

Proven experience with business development, large team management or entrepreneurship

Strong MS Suite skills

In office 5days/week; 7:30am start, 8 hour shifts PMP/CAPM preferred

Six Sigma certification preferred null
