Aston Carter Administrative Coordinator in Ontario, California

  • Ensure all required documentation is included in BOL package

  • Post POs in NAV

  • Receipt in WBSCM or report the received truckload to the State Agency/manufacturer/school within 1-2 business days of the receipt date

  • Review all inbound truckloads not received by the 15th and 31st of each month, verify if appointments are scheduled, and report data to the appropriate Program manager

  • Create new POs in NAV for requested inbound truckloads/allocations

  • Provide notifications of completed allocations and transfers

  • Run monthly reports and identify potential areas of concern

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of administrative support or coordinator experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (pivot table and v-lookups highly preferred)

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to work onsite
