salary: $94,000 - $103,000 per year

Responsibilities

· Oversee the Maintenance departments and evalutate the work for daily repair activities such as assessing condition and replacement of machinery. Create an organizational system for all repair activities

· Esure proper systems to enhance reliability, food safety, personal safety, reduce cost, and increase productivity.

· Maintain budget to ensure the facility reduces costs while upkeeping productivity.

· Develop performance reporting tools to track uptime, downtime causes, equipment specific repair costs and other maintenance cost and opportunity centers.

• Full understanding of GMPs and PPE

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• wearing steel toe shoes

• working in a non-temperature controlled environment

• manual lifting up to 50lbs

• standing for 8 hours at one time

• working up to 10 hrs of overtime per week
