UnitedHealth Group RN Supervisor, Case Management - CA in Ontario, California

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides coordination and supervision of teammates to include understanding of processes, ongoing evaluation of performance and quality of work

  • Mentor, train, and motivate the team

  • Works in collaboration with Manager, Case Management supervisors, Case Management leaders, and other members of the interdisciplinary team

  • Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion.

  • Coordinates work activities with other supervisors.

  • Identify gaps, identify resources, and implement plans to meet short-term objectives.

  • Decisions are guided by policies, procedures, regulatory requirements, and business plan.

  • Actively participate in regulatory audits

  • Conduct interviews for staffing

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing

  • Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license through the State of California

  • 2+ years’ experience in Case Management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years leadership or supervisory experience

  • Knowledge of SNP Model of Care requirements

  • Knowledge of NCQA requirements for Complex Case Management

  • 2+ years’ experience in Managed Care

California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Rhode Island, Washington, Washington, D.C. Residents Only : The salary range for this role is $70,200 to $137,800 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
