The Customer Relationship Coordinator actively maintains the customer relationships with the assigned accounts. This position will also validate and verify incoming orders per the order entry process and enter the orders into the ERP system. The Coordinator will communicate internally interfacing with all departments on any discrepancies with an order or customer issues or concerns.

Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Reviews new customer contracts and orders for accuracy prior to acknowledging and processing.

· Enters orders for new or additional products or services into the Weco ERP system.

· Actively interfaces with the customers to work through any discrepancies with the Purchase Orders.

· Actively engages with customer portals to monitor forecasts and Purchase Orders available.

· Actively engages with Estimating, Sales Engineers, Engineering, Operations, Planning and Finance to work through any issues and or concerns.

· Follows up with Clients to keep them informed of orders and statuses of orders.

· Interacts with Clients via telephone, email, online chat, or in person to provide support and information on products or services, fielding Client questions and concerns.

· Ensures that appropriate actions are taken to resolve Clients’ problems and concerns.

· Facilitates customer visits and or remote virtual meetings coordinating with the visit host.

· Maintains Client accounts and records of Client interactions with details of inquiries, concerns, or comments.

· Maintains compliance with policies and procedures and promotes the vision of the organization.

· Thinks proactively and finds opportunities to improve customer service.

· Displays a basic understanding of product knowledge.

· Performs other related duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications

· High school diploma or equivalent + 5 years in a related industryrequired or

· Bachelor’s degree preferred, in a related field to Manufacturingpreferred

· Experience of at least five years in the same or similar role in a manufacturing environmentpreferred.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Excellent communication skills including desire to communicate actively, effectively, and openly both written and verbal.

· Service-oriented and able to resolve Client grievances; Client service experiencerequired.

· High degree of organization and attention to detail, coupled with a sense of urgencyrequired.

· Proficiency in Microsoft suite of software including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint isrequired.

· Prior ERP system background and interfacerequired.

Physical Requirements/Abilities (If necessary)

This position is in a typical office environment however it is also required to be able to proactively go to the operations areas to meet with other team members directly. There is minimal lifting required, however there can be extended periods of time sitting and working with computer systems.

Salary Description

$22-27 per hour
