Caring Transitions Business Development Representative - 30 hours a Week in Orange/Orange County, California
Caring Transitions Tustin-Orange is looking for a Business Development Representative to join our team in our Orange County area. The Business Development Representative is responsible for prospecting sales and qualifying leads for new and existing accounts.
This person will act as a liaison between our marketing and sales teams. He/she will be naturally curious, results-driven, and eager to bring our product/services to new markets. Must be compassionate and caring and interested in developing mutually beneficial relationships.
Responsibilities:
Contact and qualify leads - Prospect new sales leads by making an initial phone or email contact. Engage the account and prepare them for owner. Connect with as many leads as possible to encourage the purchase of the product offered. Be the point person for your team's sales lead qualification process.
Manage current accounts – Stay in close contact with existing accounts or leads and create brand awareness, educational opportunities, and request referrals. Coordinate in-person meetings and calls between the new clients and owner. Attend events - at Senior/Assisted Living/Memory Care/Independent Living Communities.
Work within a defined territory to identify and develop potential partners/clients.
Identify and secure referral sources based on market needs and trends.
Actively pursue sales partnerships and contact lead sources by email, phone, and in person with local travel.
Requirements:
BS degree in Marketing or Business Administration is required or relevant experience
Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls)
Experience with CRM software and Trello
