Mercy Health Physicians North LLC has multiple openings available in Oregon, Ohio and the surrounding area for an Internal Medicine Physician. Duties: Diagnose, treat and provide medical services to adult patients. Prescribe medications or treatment regimens to adult patients. Order and interpret the results of tests. Complete all paperwork and administrative duties in a timely, legible and accurate manner. Model appropriate leadership, teamwork and customer relations behavior. Assure quality and appropriateness of medical care. Monitor other licensed healthcare professionals such as Nurses, Medical Assistants, Residents and other personnel as related to the completion of medical care and in relation to treating a patient, including but not limited to advising medical staff to draw blood, complete exams and administer medications. Requirements: MD or DO (or foreign equivalent degree accepted); Graduate of accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Residency Program; Unrestricted Ohio Medical License; and Unrestricted DEA registration. Schedule: Monday-Friday. On-call for 7 consecutive days every 6th week includes rounding duties at nearby Bon Secours Mercy Health facilities.
