Location: Orem, UT

Shift: Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation: $14 to 16/hour (DOE)

Position Summary:

The Install Scheduling team is responsible for scheduling our solar installation crews across the nation. This position helps maintain high-quality solar installations, while pushing and optimizing for quantity. Our current crews operate in 46 different cities over 21 states! If you are a person who enjoys playing an important role in the process, while being surrounded by individuals who want to see you succeed, then the Install Scheduling team is for you!

Essential Duties:

  • Review assigned jobs and send approvals or feedback to the installation crew

  • Complete all pre-install audits and schedule all midpoint inspections

  • Create a plan of action for every account to be scheduled and completed in your region

  • Take an average of 10-15 inbound phone calls daily

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proactive mindset

  • Strong communication skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Scheduling or customer service experience preferred

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Regular periods of sitting or standing may be required by this position. In addition, this position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies, up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel should be expected with this role as well.
