Job Title: Print Operations Specialist Location with zip code: Orem, UT, 84057 Duration: 12 Months Pay Rate. 18-20$/hr on w2 without benefits Shift Timing (Day/ Evening/ Night): Mon-Friday
Job Description: Position Purpose Responsible for the accuracy of printing materials to meet requested standards and guidelines. Works closely with multiple departments to complete needed printing projects and for any problems with the check runs. Solves practical problems and deals with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Works from operating instructions prepared by programmers, users, or operations managers. Interprets a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule forms. Sets controls on the computer and on peripheral devices required to run a particular job. Responsible for ensuring that the automated equipment and operating systems perform correctly. Helps programmers and systems analysts test and debug new programs. May help sort and deliver mail within the building.
Preferred Qualifications: Six months of printing experience. Check printing experience and knowledge of inserting equipment. Prior experience with check printers and must be mechanically orientated and feel comfortable making minor mechanical adjustments. Typing 30-40 WPM and ten keys by touch. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proven ability to pay attention to detail in sorting through information.
Minimum Requirements: Computer experience with the ability to create and edit databases and spreadsheets. 5Lifting, Pulling/Pushing, Standing.
