Position Summary:
We are looking for a passionate Sales Development Manager to join our fast-growing team. This person has a dynamic work ethic, creative mind, data-driven decision making and a passion to deliver results that drive the growth of our company. In this role, you will report to the Sales Development and Auxiliary Sales Senior Manager and will be responsible for managing a team of Sales Development Reps. You are a leader with a proven track record of building effective sales processes (people and systems).
Essential Duties:
Manage a team across new leads, retargeted leads, inside sales, and referrals
Lead out on recruiting, hiring, on-boarding, and training of new Sales Dev reps
Provide coaching, team and rep 1:1's, including performance improvement plans and terminations
Manage schedules, budgets, and incentives
Provide clear metrics for success and keep the team current on process updates and improvements
Enable reps through continuous improvement of both lead flow and call cadence
Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
2+ years of management experience
5+ years of related sales experience in a quota driven sales capacity
Track record in building organizations and hiring and training top talent
Proven ability to coach and mentor sales reps
Goal oriented team player and a self-starter who is highly motivated to succeed
Strong leadership experience, with a focus on training, coaching and motivation
“Player/Coach” mentality with the ability to provide situational coaching and advice
Comfort working with CRM and telephony systems
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent written and oral communication skills
