Description: Entry level Contracts Management position. Negotiates, administers, extends, terminates and renegotiates standard and nonstandard contracts.

Evaluates contract performance to choose necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts,

and compliance to contractual obligations.

Maintains communications to ensure timely contract implementation by the parties. Ensures final contract documents are consistent with agreements reached at negotiations.

May plan and participate in training of contract practices and negotiations to company personnel.

Basic Qualifications:

The qualified individual must be able to establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers.

Computer skills including Word, Excel and Power Point with ability to grasp other software applications required to perform job duties.

Excellent written and oral communication skills; should be detail and teamwork oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, international studies, legal, or related discipline.

Desired Skills:

Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; effective in team environments;

familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point.

Desire to work independently and accept increased

responsibility for work product as you develop. Strong business acumen for use in negotiating business deals with

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
