Lockheed Martin Contracts Management Sr / Lvl 3 / Orlando, FL in Orlando, Florida

Description: Provide Contracts administration support in reviewing and interpreting contract requirements and contract change impacts, Lead and coordinate efforts in preparing proposals in response to solicitations, with responsibility for contract negotiation, contract administration, and customer contact activities to provide for proper contract fulfillment in accordance with company policies, legal requirements, and customer specifications.. Proficient in understanding

contract terms, articulating positions to the business and ensuring the program teams are able to effectively understand the impacts of the agreements reached with the Customer. Advise leadership and Program management of contractual rights, obligations and risks; compile and analyze data; and maintain historical contract information. Program portfolio contains both Domestic and International business pursuits.

Basic Qualifications:

-Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education,

with 6 years of professional experience; or 4 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree.

- Considered career, or journey, level.

- Ability to obtain a security clearance

- Prior experience in all aspects of the contract life cycle including proposals, negotiations, administration, and close-out

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite

- Must be detail oriented and able to work in a virtual team environment; Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

- Excellent presentation skills, strong analytical abilities, and be a self-start who can work independently with minimal supervision

- Ability to establish effective working relationships and communications with all internal and external customers and possess excellent business acumen

-Basic understanding of the proposal and contracting process

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills

-Ability/willingness to travel as needed.

- Experience interpreting and negotiating standard

USG FAR/DFARS regulation and/or Direct commercial Sale

terms and conditions with foreign agencies/companies.

Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Clearance Level: Secret

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
