Job Summary:
The Program Coordinator, assigned to one of Pinkerton's largest global clients, will assist in the design and development of policies including related training materials. The Coordinator creates detailed process maps, monitors and reports on project and task statuses, identify inefficiencies, and provides program support across cross-functional teams. This position will have a hybrid work schedule (remote/client locations).
Essential Functions:
Represent Pinkerton's core values of integrity, vigilance, and excellence.
Design, develop, and maintain policies, procedures, training materials, and multimedia products to enhance process adoption and operational readiness.
Analyze business processes, create detailed process maps, and identify inefficiencies to drive continuous improvement.
Assist in requirement gathering, project tracking, and provide support across cross-functional teams to meet departmental goals, escalating issues as needed.
Support the gathering of requirements in the design, development, and maintenance of program and project charters.
Support the tracking, monitoring, and reporting the status of assigned projects and tasks.
Identify blockers and escalate issues as needed.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings and keep minutes.
Conduct routine audits of documentation, training, and system related products and services.
Establish strong stakeholder relationships with key stakeholders and maintain alignment with departmental goals and objectives.
Provide programmatic support to cross functional teams to meet departmental goals and objectives.
All other duties, as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in security management, risk management, or related field with at least three years of project coordination/management experience within a global security organization. Pinkerton is an inclusive employer who seeks candidates with diverse backgrounds, experiences, and perspectives.
