Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We are seeking a talented Project Management Analyst join our team!

Position Summary:

HII- Mission Technologies is looking for a Project Management Analyst in Orlando, FL. This position is a multi-discipline position that will support the program manager and will support day-to-day contract administration for deliverables, management briefing materials, project tracking, and general administrative duties. Position may work remotely.

What you will do:

  • Approve and track subcontractor invoices and accruals through payment

  • Submit and track travel requirements per Joint Travel Regulations/Federal Travel Regulations

  • Submit and track purchase requisitions

  • Support SharePoint site

  • Initiate and track security related items for projects

  • Assist the project/program manager in project financials

  • Initiate and track subcontractor actions

  • Participate in required weekly calls with internal team and government customers

  • Gather, collect, record, track, and verify PM data and information from multiple sources; assess and make strategic recommendations to leadership regarding risks and trends

  • Prepare/conduct briefs for various clients (partnered organizations and government)

  • Monitor projects from initiation through close, contribute to and, at times, lead project reporting

  • Brief the program/project manager on the status of action items and metrics to track contract and team performance

  • Work with program/project manager to identify, communicate, and resolve risk

  • Maintain the highest level of customer service

What we are looking for:

  • 0 years’ experience with Bachelors in related field or a High School Diploma/equivalent and 4 years’ relevant experience.

  • Experienced and disciplined in following the Joint Travel Regulations/Federal Travel Regulations.

  • Highly organized, extremely detail oriented, self-starter with good problem-solving skills.

  • Strong customer service focus.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong computer skills, MS Office Suite – Excel, Adobe, and SharePoint.

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a government clearance.

Preferred Requirements

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Knowledge of government contracting environment, management/business plans and program reporting.
