KPMG is currently seeking a Service Delivery Analyst IV to join our Advisory Services (https://advisory.kpmg.us/) practice.

Responsibilities:

  • Work flexibly in a centralized high performing team environment supporting internal and external clients who may be spread across numerous locations and often communicate virtually to support project delivery

  • Oversee setup and administration of projects including coordinating schedules, preparing document request lists, communicating with relevant stakeholders, and, reviewing documents and reports for correctness and formatting

  • Develop and maintain knowledge of policy and processes to ensure consistent competency and KPIs are met

  • Effectively review data across multiple/systems and maintain personal compliance of operational and regulatory risk

  • Handle multiple projects, prioritize competing tasks, and help resolve project issues, as well as assist and coach other team members.

  • Assist Team Leaders in the construction and execution of quality related, informal, and formal development plans

Qualifications:

  • Associate Degree with four years of relevant experience is preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent with six years of relevant experience

  • Expert understanding of business and technical competencies, organizational tools, and processes. Has institutional knowledge of KPMG standard offering

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook etc.)

  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully in a target driven operational environment

  • Ability to draft, proofread, and analyze reports from various database and software applications via Microsoft products

  • Excellent oral, verbal, and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate ideas quickly and effectively through written narratives and diagrams; adaptable and strong collaboration skills

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
