Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for a Technical Accounting Manager in the Professional Services industry based in Orlando, Florida. This role involves managing technical accounting matters with a specific focus on SAP, particularly in the areas of Accounts Payable and Cash. The position will require the individual to work on site for the first couple of weeks before transitioning to a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in SAP to resolve issues related to vendor database setup, wire transfers, and bank data reconciliation.

• Develop and implement remediation plans to address identified problems in the process flows of Accounts Payable and Cash.

• Act as a super user of SAP, capable of triaging problems and implementing solutions.

• Support the Accounts Payable Manager and Director of Accounting in their respective roles.

• Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit and process customer credit applications with efficiency and accuracy.

• Leverage your skills in Database Management, EO/IR systems, AB Testing, Computer Hardware, and Design to optimize processes and improve operational efficiency.

• Utilize your knowledge in Cash Applications, Cash Flow Management, Cash Flow Modeling, Cash Reconciliations, Enterprise Infrastructure, Enterprise Resource Planning, and ERP Solutions to manage and optimize cash flows.

• Handle deployments and deliverables in a timely and efficient manner. Requirements • Candidate must possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in Technical Accounting or similar roles within the Professional Services industry.

• Proficiency in Database management is essential.

• Familiarity with EO/IR systems is required.

• Knowledge and experience in AB Testing is necessary.

• Proficiency in Computer Hardware is expected.

• Experience in managing Deliverables and Deployments is a must.

• Proficient in Design and SAP software is required.

• Knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP), Cash Applications, Cash Flow Management, Cash Flow Modeling, and Cash Reconciliations is mandatory.

• Experience in managing Enterprise Infrastructure and Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.

• Familiarity with ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning and ERP Solutions is required.

• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are required.

• Must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

• A proactive approach to problem-solving is expected.

• A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is required.

• Must possess a strong work ethic and a high level of professionalism.

• Must be willing to continue learning and improving in their role.
