新しい技術のためのメタル成膜の開発と改善。

Key Responsibilities:
Developing and improving deposition processes for new technologies.
Leading and participating in high-volume manufacturing projects.
Defining, organizing, and validating materials, equipment, and processes during development, industrialization, and ramp-up phases.
Identifying metrology solutions to characterize materials.
Collaborating with integration, process support, hardware teams, and suppliers.
Coordinating equipment strategy, purchase, start-up, and qualification with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth technology development and ramp-up.
Utilizing strong networking, communication, and reporting skills for successful project implementation.
Requirement

工学、材料科学、物理学、化学または関連分野での修士号または博士号が望ましい。
金属堆積および半導体業界での最低8年の経験。
SAW技術/プロセスの開発または製造の専門知識があると尚可。
DoE（実験計画法）、統計的プロセス制御、および分析ツールに精通していること。
強力な分析および問題解決スキルを持ち、技術的および対人的な焦点を持っていること。
現実的かつ柔軟な態度で、結果およびデータに基づく「できる」精神を持っていること
Education, Experience, and Skills
M.S. or Ph.D. in engineering, Material Science, Physics, Chemistry or related field preferred
Minimum of 8 years of experience in metal deposition and semiconductor industry
Expertise in SAW technology/process development or manufacturing is a plus.
Proficient in DoE (Design of Experiments), statistical process control, and analysis tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a technical and interpersonal focus.
Pragmatic and flexible attitude with a result- and data-driven, can-do mentality.
Ability to work autonomously, stay well-organized with a high attention to detail, setting high standards in all work aspects.
Excellent communication skills, with a professional level of written and verbal communication in English.
