Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity to join as a Senior Relationship Manager, serving our complex customers. We are looking for experienced commercial bankers who are expert at growing market share, proactively identifying customer needs and have a deep understanding of the market and economic trends.

As a Senior Relationship Manager, you will work with a dedicated Analyst to manage a portfolio of complex Commercial relationships. As the face of the Bank to your clients, you will:

  • Establish yourself as a trusted professional who is sought after for guidance regarding financial products and services that support the customer's business strategy

  • Develop and execute a strategy for each customer to deepen our relationship

  • Demonstrate experience in analyzing and structuring complex commercial credit transactions

  • Build the TD brand in your community by proactively attending community events and conferences that will open opportunities to develop new relationships and generate new business

  • Broaden your sphere of influence by developing relationships with industry and other external contacts to generate additional new business opportunities through referrals as well as a targeted calling program

  • Be comfortable in a team-based business environment where you are expected to balance business development, cross selling, servicing and referrals to Business Partners

Job Requirements :

  • Undergraduate or graduate degree in business or relevant professional designation

  • 7-10 years of experience as an Account Manager or Relationship Manager in a banking environment OR experience in another profession that supports the needs of the business

  • Well-developed analytical, and relationship management skills and look forward to developing them further in this role
