Click for more details. The Department of Counseling and Human Services at the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh seeks a tenure-track faculty member at the Assistant/Associate Professor level. The person in this position will teach undergraduate and graduate level Human Services Leadership courses in both on-campus and online settings. In addition, this person is expected to maintain an active program of research and publication, provide service to the department, college, university, professional community, and the human services profession. In this role, the candidate is expected to promote the mission, vision, values and strategic goals of the University, the College of Education and Human Services, and the Counseling and Human Services Department. Additionally, this person will work collaboratively with the Department Chair and Graduate Program Coordinator for all matters involving the assigned course(s). The candidate will assume all responsibilities in specific courses as assigned. Courses will be focused on theoretical knowledge and practical skills required of community leaders. Finally, the candidate is expected to facilitate a collegial relationship with stakeholders, as well as assume responsibility and accountability to promote the quality of the Human Services Leadership Program.
