As a Merchandising Associate, you\'ll be a key part of the Apparel merchandising team responsible for various product related tasks, including sample management, gathering product and sustainability information, as well as special projects. After a period of in-person training and time working onsite with your team, this role has the option to work remotely 50% of the time (in WI only at this time). Here\'s what a typical day might look like. (These are the essential functions of the job). Other duties may be assigned. Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility. Collate new product launch information from vendors under the direction of Apparel team leaders. Request product samples from our vendor base, unbox and check in samples once received, ensuring items match product information received from vendors. Label samples clearly and accurately, organize as needed. Verify information on sustainable product claims by gathering needed documentation, reviewing them and following up on any inconsistencies to ensure claims are accurate. Lift and transport samples by cart from location-to-location (up to 50lbs). Manage all communication with various departments for new color additions, color codes and discontinued items. Generate and review reports as needed, based on direction from Category Managers. Assist with any requested ad-hoc projects.
