Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

Join our team as a General Production Worker, where you will engage in the production of products for hospital and critical care use. This role involves working on a production line, handling small parts which includes precise printing onto metal strips. You will observe and ensure the accuracy of shapes during printing, a process that requires intense focus. Quality control is paramount, and you will be responsible for maintaining high standards by documenting any changes or abnormalities in the manufacturing process. This role is vital as it directly impacts the quality of products related to hospital and critical care use.

Hard Skills

• High school diploma minimum, college degree preferred in medical, science, or related fields

• 1+ years of experience in a regulated manufacturing or production environment

• Proficiency in working with automated machines and following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

Job Details

• 4 day work week

• 12 hour shifts

Work Environment

You will work at stations on the production floor, which is not a clean room but requires gown wear. The environment is maintained at a temperature between 23-25 degrees Celsius. Although the role is primarily standing, the production line is fast-moving, requiring quick error detection and comfort with automated, computerized production machines. Shifts are 12 hours, alternating between day and night schedules, with consistent shift patterns over a two-week period.
