BE PART OF THE CONNECTION
As aFraud Supervisor, your focus is the supervision and development of employees, policies, and procedures for proactive fraud detection, prevention, and client repair. You’ll coach representatives on the keys to delivering consistent and accurate results. It’ll be a highly collaborative team environment, colleagues supporting customers as well as each other!
WHAT OUR FRAUD SUPERVISORS ENJOY MOST
Collaborating with leadership to establish performance KPIs across the team
Leading a team of Fraud Specialists and delegating their responsibilities
Coaching team members, assisting with their development
Working across departments while conducting investigations
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM
Required Qualifications
Experience: Relevant work: 6 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience
TechnicalSkills: Ability to quantify risk and exposure
Skills: Strong written and verbal communication with all levels of management
Schedule: Some travel required
Preferred Qualifications
Effective prioritization and organization when multitasking
Knowledge of general accounting and billing procedures
Experience with industry wide fraud detection tools
