Liberty Healthcare Corporation HRIS Analyst - UKG Pro Workforce Management in PA, United States
Due to continued organizational growth, Liberty Healthcare is now hiring for a new full-time Human Resources Information System Analyst position.
This is a remote position which will allow you to work from your home office.
In this key role, you will be responsible for the configuration, implementation, validations, and support of the modules of UKG Pro Workforce Management (UKG Dimensions).
Your goal will be to ensure excellent system reliability, performance, availability, and overall system optimization. The downstream impact of your work should result in accurate timekeeping and pay for over 1,000 staff nationwide.
You will work in partnership with Liberty’s Director of HRIS, various stakeholders, and leadership teams to support continuous improvement including supporting the continuous releases of the Pro WFM.
Your responsibility will include:
Facilitating the design and architecture of the UKG Pro WFM with a focus on advanced scheduler – ensuring compliance with established standards and best practices
Managing and developing requirements and processes within the UKG Pro WFM based on input from the functional teams
Coordinating and participating in testing for system implementations, upgrades, enhancements
Ensuring system configuration complies with all federal, state, and local regulations - and staying up to date on changing regulatory requirements
Working collaboratively with Human Resources and Payroll management to develop, support, and evolve business workflows and processing
Training HR and Payroll users on best practices, report creation, etc. – with a focus on their ability to function effectively and independently
Supporting HRIS release updates through analysis of system changes, testing, and change management
Serving as tier 2 customer support by investigating and resolving complex escalated support issues
Maintaining discretion and ensuring proper handling while dealing with highly sensitive data
Accountability for employee reporting, metrics, analytics, and dashboards
Partnering with various groups within the organization to identify data needs and best reporting approach
Building complex reports and analytics for multiple business functions

To qualify for this position, you must possess significant experience and expertise in UKG Dimensions / UKG Pro Workforce Management.
A Bachelor's degree and United States residency are required.
