Responsibilities, Qualifications, & Details:
Shift: Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:0pm
Contract: Temporary to December 31, 2024
Pay Rate: $ 25.00
Job Summary
Responsible for accurate processing of various types of Accounts Payable job functions while always maintaining compliance with ZimVie policies on purchasing and expense reimbursement. Responsible for providing exceptional customer service to employees and vendors cipal Duties and Responsibilities:
Processing of vendor invoices using Oracle, according to policy.
Process weekly payment runs and any urgent payment requests.
Maintains and monitors AP email inbox for invoice submissions and/or questions.
Supports business with any questions to onboarding and setting up of new vendors
Process vendor statement audits, assist with attaining any missing invoices.
Respond to supplier inquiries and requests.
Support audit requests with regards to AP and Vendor documentation
Acts as a backup for other AP activity on Oracle for other US based entities
Vendor Master maintenance

Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Detail oriented - matching & identifying discrepancies
Oracle AP experience is preferred
Ability to interact with employees at all levels in the organization.
Data entry skills needed
Education/Experience Requirements
High School Diploma or GED required. Associates degree in Accounting or related field preferred
2 plus years of Accounts Payable experience is required
Ability to work in the office on a partial basis
Pay Details: $25.00 per hour
