Description We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our team in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. This role involves researching, designing, developing, and maintaining software applications. The successful candidate will also be expected to assist with data migrations, provide mentorship to junior developers, and work effectively in a remote capacity with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities:

• Research, analyze, and develop software applications using ASP. Net Core, ASP.NET, C#, Orchard Core, HTML, CSS, and SQL Server

• Assist with designing new data models and database code to support new systems and internal applications

• Help business users and data analysts with their tasks

• Assist with the planning and implementation of data migrations between systems

• Initiate creative development approaches and recommend solutions

• Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed in a timely manner

• Work effectively in a team capacity, contributing to collaborative problem solving and project execution

• Work remotely with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and delivering them to completion

• Provide mentoring and coaching to junior/mid-level developers, fostering a supportive and collaborative learning environment. Requirements • Possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in the role of a Software Engineer or a similar position

• Proficient in ASP.NET and C# programming languages

• Demonstrable experience with Microsoft SQL Server

• Familiarity with ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes

• Experience in working with a Content Management System (CMS)

• Proven ability to troubleshoot and solve complex technical issues

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
