Our client is a medical device manufacturer looking to restructure the Accounts Receivable team. This company has grown 200% year over year and has recently implemented a new ERP software. Due to multiple business reasons this company is hiring a contingent AR Supervisor or experienced AR Specialist to start immediately!

• TYPE: Temp 6-9 months

• LOCATION: Hybrid 2x days in Palo Alto

• SCHEDULE: 8:00am - 5:00pm

• PAY: $30.00-$45.00 depending on experience

salary: $33 - $45 per hour

Responsibilities

• Oversee the accounts receivable functions of the company and work closely with the operations team to generate invoices while ensuring accuracy and timeliness of the invoicing process.

• Monitor A/R Aging, credit policy and work closely with clients to ensure that accounts are paid on a timely basis.

• High level of customer service and interpersonal skills.

• Manage the collection process by ensuring invoice accuracy, timely follow ups with clients on inquiries or questions on invoices, verifies account balances when necessary and communicates expectations of payment terms and timing.

• Support monthly AR closing and producing applicable reports.

• Oversee design and implementation of a centralized accounts receivable system.

• Maintaining a close working relationship with operations managers, corporate accounting team, and senior leadership.

• Monthly account reconciliations.

• Establish reporting and KPI/Metric tracking for management distribution.

• Develop and manage Accounts Receivable Policies and related internal controls.

• Flexibility to execute, adapt, prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment at a high growth company.

• Manage, coach, and mentor the AR team, facilitating their growth and development.

• Work on special projects when assigned by management.
