Job Description

The Director of Operational Excellence has broad oversight for all departmental programs within a

business unit including identification, development, progress tracking and outcome reporting. In

addition to any newly identified programs, standard required programs are: Quality and Compliance,

Employee Engagement, Recruitment and Onboarding, employee specific needs such as CiCare,

Workplace Safety, Patient Experience, Contract Management and New Software Implementation.

Efficiency of operations across all departments will be demonstrated. With strong focus in leadership,

strategy execution and innovation, this critical member of the business unit leadership team serves as a

key advisor to the Executive Director/Administrative Director to ensure the integrity of the business unit

services while meeting the business objectives of the organization.

Pay range for this role is $155,000 - $205,000

Skills and Requirements

6+ years of related work experience required

Strong project management and leadership skills supporting more than 3 teams

Experience with strategic planning, KPI's, tracking and change management

Bachelor's degree required

Must come from healthcare

Proficiency with Excel and Power Point PMP
