Stanley Consultants Inc Technology Integration Manager in Panama City, Florida

Stanley Consultants is looking for a strong leader and to lead integration of technologies across a significant, complex, and multifaceted reconstruction program on-site at Tyndall AFB. Providing challenge in collaboration across multi-stakeholder project teams, and connecting dots will require high energy levels and laser focus. You will be joining a highly motivated and high performing team in collaboration with our partners and customer, with access to supporting enterprise networks and resources to ensure program success. Preferred Candidate Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM from an accredited university or institution
  • Registered Professional in specialized field
  • Strong experience (10+ years) in Project Management with a bias towards communications, engineering and technology. Federal defense experience beneficial, however, not restricted as market innovators and strong candidates considered from outside industries and sectors.
  • Experience with IEEE standards
  • Knowledge and experience in Facility Related Control Systems and Cybersecurity
  • Excellent leadership and collaboration skills
  • Must be able to pass Government security background checks

Additional Criteria of Interest:

  • Experience, interest and knowledge in advanced design technologies (BIM, Digital Twins, 4D, Visualization)
  • Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)Experience working with or within Telecoms Network supply-chain and/or SMART Equipment Manufacturers
  • Experience in Defense MILCON and FSRM planning and programming
