The reinsurance broker support is the person responsible for assisting the broker team and clients located in Central America and Caribbean. The Role

• Collaborate and communicate with other client services teams and shared services centers

• Ability to compile data and information from various sources such as insurance policies, proposals, signed slips

• Monitor documentation required by compliance

• Update internal and external systems

• Prepare endorsement

• Suggest improvements to processes and solutions

The Requirements

• Fluent Spanish and English

• Associates or higher degree desired in economics, administration and/or re/insurance

• Computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook

• Effective analysis, problem solving and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Strong client service orientation

• Ability to identify and find essential information

• 0-3 years of prior Re/Insurance knowledge
