This role will manage selected LA Initiatives from start of development to last market launch. You will build positive relationships with a multi-function team consisting of the Personal Healthcare Technical community, Marketing, Regulatory Affairs and local market portfolio teams.

How success looks like

  • End to end delivery of new product development.

  • ON time delivery of the initiative – within the prescribed budget and scope.

  • Deliver the defined outcome of the delivery with the assigned new product development and commercial initiatives

Responsibilities of the role

  • Provide Project management for LA Regional Development Initiatives.

  • Point of contact for Initiative - progress, risks, issues, next steps.

  • Identify Initiative baseline and stage gate timings with team input.

  • Acquire resource dedication from functional areas to support plans.

  • Ensure accurate tools used and process followed to support project timelines.

  • Ensure stage gates are managed effectively.

  • Review risks and get agreement for plans to support while calling out issues in a timely manner for resolution.

  • Ensure that Scope of project is maintained, and any deviations authorized.

  • Crafting management reports of plans and updates.

  • Ensure communication mechanisms are in place to ensure markets are aware of the plans and updates.

Job Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years working experience, with background in pharmaceutical or OTC industry.

  • Understanding of pharmaceutical business including product development, regulatory processes and supply requirements.

  • Strong influencing skills.

  • Develops and presents appropriate strategies and solutions.

  • Project management experience in pharmaceutical industry.

  • Excellent organization and time leadership skills.

  • Passionate about achieving results together with an international team.

  • Outstanding presentation skills, both written and verbal in English.
