Internship Overview

Support with the processing of transactions for the employee hire to retire (H2R) life cycle on the company portals. Intern will work on a project related to Background Check process completion during the Onboarding phase. This project will impact the SLA and Case Management for the team during this FY25.

Responsabilities

  • Ensures client privacy where appropriate, including confidentiality and protection of sensitive client reports or information

  • Inputs data with speed and accuracy, whilst ensuring data integrity

  • Responsible for posting offers in job portals, following ELC guidelines, in alignment with the internal client

  • Understands scope of services and escalates items to others as defined

  • Ensures quality customer experience by communicating empathy to de-escalate difficult situations

  • Participate in meetings with the broader NA POS and Canada team to discuss process updates, priority postings and confidential searches

  • Provide support and coordination in the hire to retire process including employment verification

  • Support in any administrative activity request

Qualifications

. Qualifications

  • Be in the last years of their university career

  • Strong communication skills in both English ans Spanish

  • Self-aware of their work and is open to receiving feedback. Ability to work in teams and independently if required

  • High-touch service: Manages to create a trust-based relationship with their peers, managers and clients through active listening, customer service, proactivity, and many others

  • Drives creativity and Innovation

  • Teamwork

  • Be proactive, open to feedback and willing to add value with passion for HR related activities
