About this role

As a Advanced Consultant , you would be in charge of addressing high level technical and client facing issues on eFront ERM solutions deployed for clients. You would be expected to be organized and efficient, addressing multiple projects across Europe at any given time. The highest level of interpersonal skills will be required to handle internal as well as external partners and clients to deliver projects on time and within budget.

The eFront Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) application is a web-based highly configurable application used by >100 eFront/BlackRock clients in insurance, banking and industrial sectors, worldwide. eFront ERM’s professional services team’s main purpose is to accurately setup these configurations both on the applicative and reporting aspects in regard of specifications provided by project managers and business consultants.

Based in Paris office.

Main responsibilities:

• Control projects by actively identifying, tracking, managing, mitigating and resolving project issues and risks related to data model and reporting

• Conduct project meetings, collaborate with project team members (Paris and Belgrade) to build consensus

• Participate in data model or reporting workshops, to identify and document detailed customer requirements, and to write specifications

• Participate to perform the parameterization and configuration of the eFront ERM solution to meet client expectations

• Lead investigation on performance issues and perform performance projects as defined in Performance Workshops with clients

• Be proactive by suggesting solutions and methodology to prevent encountered issues to happen again   

• Report to Architect in chief to dispatch work on projects

• Work closely with consultants and developers during the design and implementation phases

• Defining and following up on the schedule and the quality of the deliverables

• Participate into the sales cycle to build and present services value proposition to prospects

Required skills and experience:

• Bachelor or master’s degree

• Hands-on packaged software implementation experience

• Demonstrated experience leading sophisticated projects and multiple projects at once

• Good interpersonal skills to enable clear articulation while working with internal and external clients

• Communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills

• Demonstrates ability to prioritize and coordinate activities associated with all aspects of application packaging requirements, certification, testing, reporting and deployment.

• Client facing and presentation skills

• Flexibility and resourcefulness

• Prior experience in financial services (insurance, banking) technology is a plus

• Prior experience in Risk, Control or Audit Management domain is a plus

• Deep knowledge and Technical skills, such as application development:

• Experience in multiple programming languages, such as (but not all) : SQL, Python, .NET, JavaScript

• IIS

• Windows OS administration

• At least professional level in English and French
