CBRE are Sydney’s leader in off the plan sales. We focus exclusively on quality properties and developer clients. We are looking for skilled sales people to start, continue or further their career in residential off the plan sales.
The opportunity
Selling off the plan premium architecturally designed projects with premium finishes throughout, that are new to market and first time offered
No experience required, ongoing sales training, work closely with project director and have fulltime onsite support.
Utilise high level Salesforce CRM
Face to face selling from multi-million dollar, purpose built display suits
Avoid the commute, focus your career selling within the Penrith area

Does this sound like you?
Desire to pursue/further a career in Residential sales
Current NSW Real Estate registration Certificate holder or be prepared to obtain the certification
Available to work both Saturday and Sundays with a valid driver license and car
Lives in or close to the Penrith area
Strong communication, able to build rapport and work in a sales driven environment
