Description

We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Creative Services Manager position in the manufacturing industry, based in New Jersey. The successful candidate will manage the overall brand identity, ensuring consistency in content across all categories.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the content process and ensure all assets align with brand guidelines.

• Deliver impactful conceptual and production needs for content that translates to marketing vehicles such as marketing collateral, social media channels, and trade shows/events.

• Evaluate overall marketing content and competitive trends to better tell the brand and product story.

• Develop creative work that aligns with the overall marketing strategy.

• Ensure consistency and alignment of all graphic assets with brand guidelines.

• Work closely with product and brand teams to develop product marketing plans.

• Collaborate with sales and e-commerce teams to execute customer marketing plans.

• Manage photo and video retouching, resizing, and editing of content from various sources.

• Manage relationships with printers and coordinate project details to ensure creative assets are adjusted to various sizing and formats.

• Lead, develop, and train team members to ensure projects align with the brand and are completed according to schedule.
