Job Title: Lean Six Sigma Consultant

Job Description

Lead the deployment of LEAN principles using an aligned approach to project, program, and performance management. Shapes the standardization & simplification process into a clear glide path for the site. Leads the deployment of LEAN for the site, highlighting needs, resources, leading workshops, and being accountable for the ROI of the deployment. Manage Continuous Improvement Projects with PMO, productivity engine, and reward and recognition programs.

Hard Skills

• 5+ years of experience with LEAN principles

• LEAN Six Sigma (Black belt – Green belt with strong experience)

• Experience leading Kaizen LEAN projects

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Parsippany, New Jersey.

Work Environment

100% onsite role. Reporting directly to the OpEx Director. Currently, the team consists of 3 members including the Director, a Manager, and an Associate.
