Lincoln Tech is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Title IV Cash Administrator II. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing the disbursement criteria and payment period progression for all disbursements of Title IV funds for our school. Your primary focus will be on ensuring proper and timely distribution of financial aid to eligible students, working in collaboration with the Education department. This is a remote position.
Key Qualifications
Associate's degree or equivalent education, training, and experience required
5+ years' experience in financial aid office with awarding/packaging responsibility
Knowledge of nonterm/clock hour packaging rules, including re-entry and open academic years, payment period progression, SAP eligibility, and late disbursement rules.
Responsibilities
Analyze disbursement criteria, review SAP exception processing, and request SAP appeal documentation.
Ensure accurate and timely processing of Title IV funds according to regulations and company policies.
Create and manage disbursement batches in CORE, resolving failed disbursements and executing Title IV payments.
Create, analyze, and maintain accurate Financial Aid reports.
Effective communication skills

Functional knowledge of Microsoft Office systems
Experience with COD Edits resolution - a plus
Experience working with Campus Nexus Student and Campus Ivy -- CORE - a plus
