Full Potential Solutions Customer Service Representative (Pooling) in Pasig City, Philippines
As a Customer Service Representative you will handle outbound and/or inbound call opportunities. Using client provided customer lists, call guides and script, the customer service representative will initiate customer contact in accordance with campaign requirements.
Identify customer needs through standard questioning techniques, and provide product/service information to enable the customer to make an appropriate decision.
Be naturally inquisitive and resilient with an ability to articulate, listen and communicate effectively identify customer needs along with providing customers with solutions to solve their concerns.
Comply with established prequalification practices and procedures.
Must have an excellent communications skills
Must have at least 6 months call center/BPO experience
Must be willing to work at Ortigas Center, Pasig once ECQ is done
Can work from home while on ECQ. Internet connection speed should not be less than 20mbps.
