Nielsen Talent Acquisition Consultant (1-Year Contract) in Pasig City, Philippines

Summary of Role

As a seasoned talent acquisition consultant and a senior recruitment manager, you will manage all aspects of full life-cycle recruiting for positions in the Phillippines and also across Asia. Key Responsibilities

  • Utilizing creative and innovative recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates

  • Collaborating with hiring managers and the People team to discern key requirements and develop a robust recruiting strategy

  • Overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, from clarification of needs to candidate selection and offer preparation

  • Employing proactive, high-level sourcing methods such as LinkedIn Recruiter, boolean searches, and multifaceted internet searches to engage passive candidates

  • Efficiently managing the recruitment process and applicant flow within our Application Tracking System (Lever)

  • Partnering with hiring managers and business leaders to drive diversity initiatives and ensure a diverse candidate pool

Key Experience & Qualification

  • 5+ years of proven expertise in full lifecycle recruiting, dedicated to sourcing and retaining top-tier talent.

  • Fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment

  • Exceptional communication skills in both written and verbal English, facilitating effective interaction with diverse stakeholders.

  • Extensive experience in employing creative methods to engage passive candidates and expand talent pipelines.

  • Collaborative mindset, driven by a passion for contributing to a dynamic team, and readily available to assist with special projects or initiatives as required.
