Are you looking to take the next step in your accounting career? Do you have at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable? We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk who will play a key role in overseeing and managing all aspects of invoice processing, including 3-way matching, vendor communication, and supporting higher-level accounting counterparts. This position offers an excellent opportunity for professional growth and advancement, with a pay range between $24 - $32/hour based on experience.

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities

· Process high volume Accounts Payable invoices

· Review invoices for 3-way match to Purchase Orders

· Connect with vendors to obtain necessary documentation needed to process invoices and payments

· Ensure ensure proper coding of invoices and resolve issues

· Assist with month-end closing activities related to accounts payable, including reconciliations and accruals

· Analyze and monitor accounts payable aging reports

· Assist the CFO and Controller with special projects
