Precise Systems, Inc. Program Management Analyst / FMS Publications Sanitization - 231 in Patuxent River, Maryland

Precise Systems is currently seeking a Foreign Military Sales sanitization agent / Program Analyst to conduct aircraft publication sanitization to support our PAX River customer. The Analyst will provide support in the areas of Foreign Military Sales (FMS), International Cooperative Programs, disclosure of information, and foreign national Information Technology access.

The ideal candidate will have:

· Familiarity with aviation technical publications i.e. (Tech Pub librarian or maintainer while in the military)

· Technical or operational background and some knowledge in naval aviation to be able to read and understand aircraft systems (Avionics)

· Must be proficient with Adobe Acrobat Pro, Microsoft Excel, and word.

· The ability to research and find answers to complex aircraft configuration questions without guidance.

· The ability to work independently and with limited guidance.

· Good communication skills, be able to ask questions based on observations and critical thinking, as well handle reparative corrections as it applies document formatting corrections.

· An ability to conduct a lot of repetitive work using a computer.

· The ability to work under pressure and make deadlines with required quality.

· The ability to do independent thinking and take initiative.

· The ability to effectively communicate with other contractors and Government personnel.

· Excellent organizational skills.

Duties of the position include but are not limited to:

· Manage the efforts of the FMS Tech Pubs sanitization team.

· Monitor FMS Module (NATEC) for Tech Pub requests and facilitate secure transmission to Sanitizing Agent

· Review the sanitized Tech Pubs prior to release to U.S. and foreign governments and contractors.

· Oversee tracking of data reviewed for release to foreign nationals.

· Monitor compliance with existing U.S. Government policy and regulations for Technical Data Foreign Disclosure and Sanitization Procedures

· Provide support and recommendations in developing and implementing disclosure decisions for E-2 foreign customers.

· Coordinate engineering review of data for release to foreign nationals and release requests.

· Assist in resolving releaseability questions and issues.

Required Education: Journeyman - BA/BS degree.

Required Experience: Journeyman - 3 to 10 years of experience performing duties described in the functional description.

Desired experience: Ideal candidate will have experience as an aircrew in naval aircraft, experience maintaining aircraft and using publications to operate and maintain the aircraft. The ideal candidate will also have experience working in a maintenance department in a position of leadership. Candidate must be familiar with naval aircraft manuals such as NATOPS and maintenance publications. Candidate should be familiar with MS tools.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
