Description

We are looking for a meticulous Payroll Specialist to join our team in Peabody. This role involves reconciling payroll taxes, managing account reconciliations, and utilizing various financial services and payroll tax reporting tools. This offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

• Reconcile payroll taxes on a regular basis to ensure accuracy

• Manage account reconciliations to maintain financial clarity

• Utilize ADP - Financial Services for effective payroll management

• Carry out Payroll Tax Reporting duties to comply with legal requirements

• Handle Payroll Taxes to ensure employees' salaries are processed correctly

• Implement a Register Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP) for the benefit of employees

Requirements • Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services

• Extensive knowledge and experience in Payroll Tax Reporting

• Comprehensive understanding of Payroll Taxes

• Ability to perform Account Reconciliation accurately

• Familiarity with Register Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP)

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion

• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation

• Strong problem solving and creative skills and the ability to exercise sound judgment and make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses

• Experience with computerized ledger systems

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel

• Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

• Commitment to excellent customer service

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
