Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing concepts, principles and practices of Facilities or Utilities Engineering to monitor and control facility related control systems or industrial systems; 2)Assisting in the designing of facility related control systems or Industrial Control Systems encompassing load calculations, psychometrics, equipment selection, piping sizing, operation sequencing, specification writing, and cost estimates; 3) Resolving highly complex and difficult problems using innovative and untried methods; 4) Communicating technical knowledge orally, in writing, and by graphic means; 5)Evaluating project requirements to detect potential challenges and developing effective solutions.
