Summary You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the OPERATIONS DEPARTMENT of PEARL HARBOR NSY AND IMF. This is a RE-ADVERTISEMENT of Announcement Number: ST-12424791-24-FAA. Salary GS-09: $62,517 - $81,272 GS-11: $75,640 - $98,330 Responsibilities You will conduct studies related to the programs, processes and functions of the Operations Department. You will produce written reports, charts and graphs providing supporting data to management to make recommendations for organizational and staffing structures, develop workload and manpower projections, and solutions to cost overruns. You will assist with the preparation and presentation of materials for informal/formal meetings. You will create correspondence to answer or respond to critiques, audits and inquiries. You will provide assistance in planning, coordinating and providing guidance and support to senior analysts based on facts obtained from studies, investigations, and technical evaluations. You will collect and evaluate data, recognize weaknesses and recommend solutions to improve Operations Department. You will eliminate potential bottlenecks to minimize work stoppages or delays. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications FOR GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector analyzing data, conducting studies and assessments to recognize process weaknesses, eliminate bottlenecks, and recommend improvements to cost, scheduling, security or training programs. FOR GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-07) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting studies and assessments to recommend improvements to cost, quality, scheduling, security or training programs.
