Roles Overview:
Enterprise Business Integration (EBI) is providing the B2B solution across the Jabil organization which enables businesses to move data within or between organizations in a structured and secure format without manual intervention. Our team implement and manage our customer and supply chain business needs using a variety of communications, translation, and value-added networking services to connect Jabil with our trading partners.
What you’ll Do:
Maintain & support existing Integration business system applications. Sterling SI, Axway B2Bi and all associated support systems.
Ensure 100% adherence to all company policies and procedures (i.e. Health, Safety and Quality)
Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all areas pertaining to data and proprietary information, whether internal to Jabil or customer specific.
Document application processes and procedures.
Effective and efficient workload management. Good email management skills. Prompt meeting attendance.
Work with Audit teams and adhere to compliance procedures.
Respond to and participate in on-call support and scheduled maintenance activities.
Requirements:
Understand B2B concepts and protocol such as AS2/AS3, SFTP, SSH, PKI digital certificate encryption and management.
Good working knowledge of standard computer operating systems, i.e. Microsoft Unix, Linux.
Knowledge of Sterling Integrator, Axway B2Bi, Axway CFT or equivalent middleware.
Understanding of database objects, tables, views, keys, indexes, stored procedure.
Working knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server Relational Databases.
Ability to develop Visio diagrams and PowerPoint presentations.
Knowledge of SAP and IDOC processing.
Knowledge of EDI standards ANSI, EDIFACT. Rosettnet Standard PIP 2.0.
