BAYADA Home Health Care Manager, Workday Integration & Reporting Architect in Pennsauken, New Jersey

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Manager, Workday Integration & Reporting Architect at BAYADA will play a critical role as a strategic partner to business leaders, collaborating with Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) & Financial Technical Architects, Operational Data Store (ODS) (SQL server) and Data Lake teams, and external vendors to deliver integration solutions that drive organizational success. This role will independently manage complex, cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless coordination across teams and stakeholders. You will foster strong business relationships, serving as the go-to-expert for Workday Integrations and trusted advisor to internal partners. This role will ensure the success of existing integrations while enabling you to troubleshoot and resolve issues proactively and effectively. Beyond maintaining the current ecosystem, the Manager, Workday Integration & Reporting Architect will lead the design, development and implementation of innovative integration solutions. By aligning technology with BAYADA’s strategic goals, this role will deliver measurable business value while collaborating across departments and external partners.

Education

  • Four (4) year college degree.

Certification

  • Workday Pro Training & Certification for Integration

  • Workday Pro Training & Certification for Reporting preferred.

Work Experience and Expertise

  • 8+ years of professional experience in Workday integrations, including hands-on experience with tools like Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIBs), Core Connectors, Workday Payroll Effective Change Interface (WD PECI), Cloud Connect, Document Transformation, Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools (BIRT) and Extend.

  • Proven track record of managing and delivering complex, cross-functional integration projects in enterprise environment.

  • Experience in building and maintaining a robust Workday ecosystem, troubleshooting errors, and optimizing performance.

Technical Skills

  • Advanced understanding of Workday data structures, integration tools, and reporting capabilities (eg Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields)

  • Proficiency in integration development using Workday Simple Object Access Protocol (SOAP), Workday Rest, XML, XSLT, XPath, Web Services, WSDL, XSD, UDDI and other related technologies.

  • Expertise in SQL Server, including writing complex queries, optimizing performance and managing data integration workflows between SQL Server and Workday.

  • Experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS) Data Lake performance and managing data integration workflows between Data Lake and Workday.

  • Familiarity with data management tools and concepts, including ODS (SQL server), Data Lake and Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) processes.

  • Strong knowledge of data security, privacy standards, and compliance requirements.

Leadership & Project Management

  • Proven ability to independently manage projects, including cross-functional initiatives involving multiple stakeholders.

  • Strong project management skills including planning, prioritization, risk management and delivering results on schedule.

  • Ability to foster strong business partnerships with technical and non-technical teams, as well as external vendors.

Str ategic and Analytical Skills

  • Demonstrated ability to translate business needs into scalable, effective technical solutions.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on improving processes and achieving business outcomes.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Proven experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors to achieve shared goals.

  • Acceptable Pre-Employment Assessment Results.

  • Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
